Description: The i2b2 Workbench is a collection of client-side components that communicate with i2b2 Cells and help aggregate their functionality in the Hive. Each component is designed as an Eclipse-based plug-in that interacts with a hive cell; collectively these plug-ins provide a cohesive entity to tie all the i2b2 cells together.

Below is the source code for the i2b2 Workbench (client) application that communicates with i2b2 Hive Cells via i2b2 XML messages. The application is distributed as a zip file. A document describing how to import the zip file into the Eclipse IDE is included under the Documents tab.

The executable i2b2 Workbench is available below. Unpack these files after you upload them and run the application named i2b2Workbench.exe. Log in as User "demo" with the Password "demouser". When the program begins, a tutorial is available. To use the workbench, click on "Go to the workbench".
